Referral Program Terms and Conditions

As a user of our Referral Program, (a “Referrer”), you are subject to Second Nature’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Second Natures’s Referral program.

How It Works

To participate in the Program, follow the instructions found on https://www.secondnature.com/refer to refer friends, family members or colleagues. For every “Qualified Referral” (as defined below) that is traceable to you through your program link, you may be eligible to receive Referral Credits as defined below.

Qualified Referrals

A Qualified Referral is defined as a completed air filter subscription transaction made at SecondNature.com by a new customer (a "Referred Subscriber") who arrives at our website by clicking your Referral program link. Transactions will not be deemed Qualified Referrals if:

• The person visits, and subsequently checks out through any other method, as it will no longer be traceable back to you as the Referrer
• The Referred Subscriber has ever previously ordered from Second Nature
• The Referred Subscriber resides at the same physical address, or shares any combination of billing and/or shipping addresses, with the Referrer

You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Subscriber; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Subscriber are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.

The Referred Subscriber and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address or alias).

Earning Referral Credits

In order to earn Referral Credits for Qualified Referrals, the Referred Subscriber’s first air filter order must be completed and shipped.

Referral Credits are paid ONLY as SecondNature.com account credits in the amount of $10 per approved, completed Qualified Referral.

Eligibility

Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Businesses are welcome to join our affiliate program by visiting https://try.secondnature.com/affiliate-signup/.

Participants in the Program must maintain an active Second Nature account in good standing so that credits may be deposited accordingly.

Compliance

You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate exclusion from Second Nature's Referral program.

Second Nature reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Subscriber and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Subscriber attempts to use the Second Nature Referral program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

Second Nature reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral credits will be forfeited at that time.
